Annette Rushin, SHRM-SCP, serves as a human resources (HR) leader with responsibilities for full lifecycle recruiting strategies and processes for all open awarded positions and proposals. This includes for task orders on IDIQs and BPAs, additional contract vehicles, and competitive single-award contracts.
Rushin leads ADV’s HR management and works with executives to recruit top talent in support of federal agencies’ programs and commercial operations. She oversees compensation including benefits, training, learning, coaching, and development; HR data analytics; succession planning; employee relations; HR technology implementation such as applicant tracking systems; performance administration; compliance; onboarding and out processing; and budgeting.
She manages HR resources and policies in accordance with ADV’s mission, culture, business goals, and strategies. She has more than 25 years of talent acquisition experience across many verticals, including information technology, healthcare/scientific, professional services, and military/government.
Rushin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College. She has a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources® (SCPHR®) certification (SHRM-SCP) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
