The GSA Multiple Award Schedule is a long-term governmentwide, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract that federal, state, and local governments use to buy services from commercial businesses. ADV’s expert capabilities allow us to deliver professional services in the following GSA categories:

The National Institutes of Health Business and Professional Support Services III (NIHBPSS III) Contract is an acquisition vehicle available to all Institutes and Centers (ICs) and offices within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to purchase business operation and professional support services. ADV’s contract holds a total ceiling value of $49 million. 

Support under this contract include business and professional support services in eight task areas:

  1. Financial Analysis, Business Solutions, and Acquisition Lifecycle Support
  2. Business Process Improvement and Organizational Assessment       
  3. Communication and Training
  4. Program Planning and Management Services
  5. Policy Development, Implementation, and Administration
  6. System Integration Work - Note: All services in this Task Area are to be used only in direct support of the other Task Areas
  7. Center of Excellence (CoE) Support
  8. Human Resources (HR) Solutions

OASIS Small Business is a Tier 3, Best-in-Class (BIC) streamlined acquisition solution designed to facilitate the procurement of complex professional services. 

As a 100% Small Business Set-Aside contract, OASIS is divided into pools to support government’s needs across multiple core disciplines. As a contract holder under OASIS SB Pool 1 (Management, Scientific, and Technical Services), ADV provides business solutions including:

ADV is one of four awardees on this five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement with a $33 million ceiling. The scope of work includes providing advisory and assistance support to regional and country directors with specific expertise in managing the complexities of the Foreign Military Sales process. The contract covers U.S. and ally security cooperation initiatives CONUS and OCONUS. Under the agreement, ADV analyzes the lifecycle of existing U.S. military and regional defense capability requirements; identifies/assesses alternative sustainment and enhancement strategies; provides recommendations and assists in defining requirements for future programs.

ADV is one of two awardees of this five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract that provides staff augmentation support to the Department of Commerce including 12 of its bureaus and more than a dozen offices. The scope of work consists of information technology, financial management, human resources, and acquisition-related administrative specialties that provide scalability and requisite expertise when and where necessary. This agency-specific contract vehicle has a $48 million ceiling and is a strategic sourcing vehicle for the Department.
