We support the pivotal role the USAF Counterpart Visit Program plays in fostering diplomatic and strategic relationships between 170+ senior military diplomats from over 150 countries around the world. ADV program managers provide advisory and assistance support to the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, Regional Affairs Directorate, Foreign Liaison Division (SAF/IARF) for the United States Air Force (USAF) Counterpart Visit Program. Their collaboration with international air forces not only strengthens military ties but also aids in areas like intelligence sharing, joint exercises, technological collaboration, and mutual defense agreements. Our staff develops and implements the USAF foreign liaison program Engagements include everything from luncheons and meeting requests to week-long, multi-site tours for attachés. Invitations and requests made via email, which number in the hundreds each month, are also addressed and tracked through completion. ADV supports over 150 air attachés globally. ADV plans attaché tours for up to 60 participants from different countries that help maintain relationships with allies worldwide.
