Andrea Pampaloni serves as ADV’s Director of Strategic Initiatives, where she leads company-wide proposal development and quality management programs. She oversees​ the development of compliant, compelling proposals; integrates AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows; and ensures consistent, high-quality submissions across federal agencies and contract vehicles.

She also directs the company’s quality management system, resulting in the successful implementation of CMMI-SVC Level 3 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. She manages internal and external audits and maintains continuous compliance to consistently achieve zero nonconformances across all certification cycles. She works closely with the Leadership Team and staff to align processes, documentation, and organizational policies with ADV’s strategic priorities.

Before joining ADV, Andrea was a consultant supporting organizational effectiveness initiatives for public, private, and nonprofit sector clients, and earlier in her career, she served as a university faculty member, teaching courses in communication and organizational behavior while publishing research and presenting at national conferences. Pampaloni holds a Ph.D. in Organizational/Interpersonal Communication from Rutgers University, an M.A. in Public Communication from American University, and a B.A. in Communication Studies from Montclair State College.
