David Roman has over 26 years of military service that encompassed special operations and military intelligence. He joined ADV in 2021 after retiring as a Command Sergeant Major two years prior.
At ADV, Roman specializes in intelligence collection and analysis in classified and special access program environments. He also holds expertise in the design and construction of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities and Special Access Program Facilities.
In the U.S. Army, Roman served in Security and Intelligence Programs as a Chinese, Spanish, and Tagalog linguist; skills that served him well as he led intelligence operations in the Pacific and European theaters.
Roman is a graduate of University of Missouri and was conferred by the Center for Development of Security Excellence with highly sought-after endorsements that include Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC), Industrial Security Oversight Certification (ISOC), Special Program Security Certification (SPSC), Physical Security Certification (PSC), and Security Program Integration Professional Certification (SPIPC).
