Duties:

  • Exercise independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative and managerial problems
  • Responsible for all aspects of program performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial)
  • Create, review and provide briefing materials
  • Serve as a liaison to bureau representatives concerning record discrepancies
  • Ensure DOC data is properly entered in the OSY Security Manager Database System
  • Process System (PIPS)/Central Verification System (CVS), to validate the need for personnel security investigations
  • Input adjudicative decisions into OPM PIPS/CVS
  • Process within the OPM Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (e-QIP), to review investigations/reinvestigations to OPM
  • Plan, organize and prioritize work in a high-volume, fast-paced security environment
  • Ensure proper review of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Personnel Investigations
  • Provide technical and financial reports in order to show progress to Corporate management and customers
  • Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations
  • Assume the initiative and provide support to Corporate management in identifying future requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a Program Management Plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the Program
  • Monitor performance in accordance with the approved Quality Control Plan (QCP)

 

Requirements:

  • B.S. in an associated discipline (or equivalent) and approximately 4 years of related experience, 1 of which must be in a supervisory role.
